Our team consists of Rod & Lianna True who are partners both professionally and personally. Rod brings over 20 years of experience and is accredited (P. App – CRA) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), ensuring the highest professional standards. Lianna complements our team with more than a decade of expertise in both appraisal and mortgage services, giving her unique insight into the broader financial landscape. Together, we are committed to providing quick turnarounds and the accurate information our clients rely on. The majority of the appraisals that we provide are for mortgage financing, whether for home purchases or refinancing. In addition to financing appraisals we also offer appraisals for legal purposes, marital disputes, market analysis, taxation purposes and employee relocation.
COVERAGE AREA
We provide appraisals in the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland and the GVRD. We cover from Surrey through to Hope on both sides of the river.
APPROVED LENDERS
We proudly partner with all major Canadian banks and credit unions throughout British Columbia, as well as with each of the mortgage insurers and monoline lenders. Our services are also available through all Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and several Mortgage Investment Corporations (MICs), ensuring broad accessibility and trusted collaboration across the industry.
